I recently purchased a new 2024 Tucson Hybrid Blue from Pohanka Hyundai in Salisbury, MD. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The salesman, Alex White, was awesome. Straight forward folks. Salesman Manny was nice to work with and very patient. We are two senior citizens who are tech-challenged. I feel comfortable turning to him for anything we can't figure out.
Final deal was doable but not great.
We are happy with our purchase on day one.

Everyone was very nice & I didn’t have to wait too long as a walk-in for my oil change. The waiting area was very clean as well. I received a video of my car while they were doing my service showing that my wipers, tires & filters were all in good condition & they told me that they would refill my wiper fluid. I’ve never gotten anything like that at a dealership before & it was nice to see the video and have explanations mid-service instead of at the end.
